Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. In this case, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Battery Policy for TURBO JET 2.0
The TURBO JET 2.0 set includes one rechargeable battery. You will not receive multiple batteries with your purchase. If you require an additional battery, you may purchase it separately under the "Rechargeable Battery" option available on our website, jetblowz.com.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and any other import fees may be charged once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping fees at checkout. JetBlowz is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
JetBlowz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. However, we will do our best to assist you in this process.
Address Changes
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at jetblowz@info.com. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
